We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Airtightness Tester to join our expanding team. If you’re already carrying out air permeability testing on new build or retrofit projects and want a stable, well-supported role, this could be a great fit.

We provide the van, fuel, and all testing equipment — you focus on delivering high-quality airtightness tests and representing the company professionally on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out airtightness / air permeability testing on residential and non-domestic buildings

• Working on new build and retrofit projects across the UK

• Communicating clearly with site managers and contractors

• Identifying air leakage issues and feeding back practical observations

• Completing test reports and certificates accurately and on time

• Looking after company equipment and vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Airtightness Tester (ATTMA, Elmhurst or equivalent)

• Proven experience with blower door testing and site work

• Good understanding of Building Regulations and compliance testing

• Full UK driving licence

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Comfortable dealing with clients and site teams
