What If My Fans Fail?
Don’t panic — most airflow issues are fixable.

A low airflow result can be caused by incorrect settings, restrictive or damaged ductwork, loose connections, blocked terminals, unsuitable fans or insufficient replacement air.
​1. Find the likely cause
​We inspect the installation and explain what may be restricting airflow.
​2. Explain the practical fix
Our site experience helps us give clear, useful guidance to the people carrying out the work.
​3. Retest when ready
Once the issue has been corrected, we can arrange retesting and provide the relevant records for your project.
Where the issue can be corrected on site, we can often identify the problem, retest and aim for a same-day pass.
