We understand buildings because we’ve built them. Before specialising in testing, our team worked as carpenters, bricklayers, site managers and general builders. We combine that practical knowledge with air leakage testing, smoke and thermal imaging to investigate problems and explain the findings.

Air leakage testing helps assess airtightness. Smoke can help trace leakage paths, while thermal imaging can reveal temperature patterns that warrant closer investigation. We select methods to suit the building and conditions.
3. Explain the findings
We relate the results to the building’s construction and explain where remedial work or further investigation should be focused. Where a retest is needed, we help you plan the next steps.
