Airtightness UK was founded by John and Richard,
bringing together years of hands-on construction industry experience.
Before moving into airtightness and ventilation testing, John worked as a Carpenter specialising in residential extensions and individual new-build projects, while Richard built his career as a Bricklayer before progressing into large-scale site management.
This practical background gives us a strong understanding of how buildings are actually constructed — from the foundations through to final completion.
We are comfortable working on busy construction sites and communicating directly with site managers, trades, developers, and contractors.
