We are based in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk, but work across the UK.
What happens if my airtest fails?
We quickly find likely air-leakage issues and explain the fixes clearly. If your team can sort them while we’re on site, we’ll retest and aim to get the property passed that day
Can you help with other building tests?
Sound testing, Part F Ventilation and extraction fan testing. We are actually compliant with the new 2027 Part F regs already.
Can you work around our site programme and test multiple plots?
Of course. We have worked on building sites our whole working lives, so we understand programmes, site pressures and how to keep work moving.
